Feature #33 #133

Pr contains two recipes for issue #33 and covers the vanilla salesforce part of it. One of the recipes contains Account, Contact, and multiple opps related to the account and contact created and another recipe contains a salesforce lead example ( might not be part of the issue, just created it since there is no lead example in the repo)

Updated the PR by removing the geolocation fields as suggested
