I started down this path a bit but ran into a challenge that became this issue, and this draft solution. From that work there is a starting point for org names in the providers directory of this repo.

@acrosman @samanthashain Can we modify this file and deploy via CCI or with robot script? Is it too much headache then configure manually through UI? This file?

This runs into the same issue we have for opportunities that came up in this PR. We can probably run the task that this relies on in our testing/setup process, but it would be great to have a graceful way to do all that in one command.

Also related to the Org Naming issue is getting data for Higher Ed project. @allisonletts's Higher Ed Faker provider can help with that but we still need a coherent solution across the whole set of needs here. I think likely we should talk these issues through and then break this apart into doable sub-issues.
