Feedback/Report an Issue on Resources

Mechanism for site users to provide feedback on/report an issue with a resource. This includes things like broken links, information out of date, description inaccurate, etc. This is NOT voting/ranking the resource itself.

This was set up in the Feedback sandbox during the March sprint.

Next Steps from March Sprint:

• MUST DO Cleanup values in type of feedback
• MUST DO Who is case owner - SPRINTY
• MUST DO Confirmation screen
• SHOULD DO Email notification with issue, if they put it (will need to set email text in the flow since there is no contact associated with the submission, which is required when using an email template to send a flow email - at least with SendEmailGL)
• Add flow to search results and advanced search (NOT DOING RIGHT NOW)
• Add redirect at the end of the flow that will bring someone back to a specific location once flow finishes
• Change case page layout for this purpose
• Maybe create a record type?
• New Case statuses not showing up
• Consider whether it makes sense to create contacts

6/1 - Deactivated unused case values. Set up Sprinty as default case owner but it wasn't working correctly. created Case Assignment Rule to assign cases to Sprinty.

Confirmation email (very basic text - set in Flow because there is no contact, so it can't use email templates):
