Real-time alert to curators when resource is submitted

Create automation to notify designated curators when a new resource is submitted so someone can curate; make sure people know to assign it to themself before curating.

I have done this for resources where the contact already exists in the system. I still need to do it for resources with a new contact. Currently the email sends to any active curator users who have curator status = current. All users are in the TO field (all emails listed).

Questions/Discussion points:

• Any problem with having all curators in the "to" field (exposed so all emails are visible)? This might actually be an asset, because then you could respond and say "I've got this!"
• Should all active curators get the email? Currently the criteria are: has active curator user and curator status = current.
• Sender is Sprinty, so if someone replies (not reply all) to the email, it will go to that address. Just something for people to know.

• Create a norm of saying you got this
• Let's not curate our own
• Let's make a status that is for getting the alerts, so folks can opt out if they want
• Once we have a curation guide finalized, it should be linked in the email!
• Might be good to update this to once a day if we have a lot of submissions coming in the future
