Add “Duplicate” to the Status Field PL
Create “Original Description” text field
Name: Original Description
Type: (Long Text Area)
Field Description: Used in flow to capture the original description submitted by submitter. Provides references if original description is edited.
Permissions: SCR Basic User, SCR Experience Login User, System Administrator
Added to Resource layout in the System Information section
Flow Updates: Curation Button Bar
Add Duplicate button to update the status field and require comment.
-- Added these Curator notes to Duplicate page flow: Please provide details about the duplicate found. For example: Duplicate submission by same submitter Duplicate resource by different submitters If possible, paste a link to the duplicate record in this field for reference.
If Review Status = New
-- copy the original content of the description field to “Original Description” field.
Use Case: During a curation sprint, need ability to "assign" a record to a person or group so they can identify which records they need to work on in small or individual groups.
Note: Curators can use this "Assigned to" text field to add any name or group to the records during the sprint to indicate who is planning to work on it (during the sprint)
