Fix issue with Flexipage not existing. #48

The following error occurs when attempting to spin up a scratch org:

"Uh oh. There was an error creating your new scratch org for Project “Transfer Equivalency”. Update of CustomTab Transfer_Credit_Search: Error: In field: flexiPage - no FlexiPage named Transfer_Credit_Search found

Fix the metadata configuration to address this.
