v1.3: Ombudsman Registry Activities Report Missing fields #123

The Sexual Assault fields are not on the Ombudsman Registry Activities report as packaged. Neither SAPR Incoming nor SAPR Outgoing. Possible other fields are missing! We should check and fix!

@sdbolt @lauraetzler @marycrow In case any of you didn't see this. I just noticed that the Ombudsman Registry Activities report leaves off columns for the SAPR Incoming and Outgoing in the package. I suspect that means the report is missing those fields in the Vincen and possibly the TR (though in the TR the report wasn't created from the package). It's a simple matter to pop in and add those columns to the report. (It'll take longer to move them to the right order alphabetically...) Just wanted to call this to your attention to make sure that's done so ombudsman have the columns when it's time to fill out the registry.

@mkolodner To clarify, are you looking at a generated report? If so, we discovered the file attachments for report subscriptions are limited to 30 columns. Users can view the truncated column totals in the org.

Looking at the report in Salesforce. Even though the subscription might be limited to 20 columns, I think the report as packaged should include all the touchpoint categories (as well as the total). People viewing in Salesforce should see the complete data.
