@mkolodner I think I found a work around to getting metecho to work. Not sure if you can run the dev_org command or not yet. Either way, can you take a look and quick approve? This should tell us if we can test via Metecho rather quickly once approved.

I can't run dev_org in CCI -- still stuck there.

I'm happy to click Approve and your say-so, since I have no idea what I would be talking a look at without being able to run up a scratch org. (And probably not even then...)
