@davidmreed had to make a change due to an error with upload beta so I needed to make a second change. Getting an error due to the cla cert. Mind doing the magic you did earlier again?

Just a head up @Nickers3 that ideally the CLA bot message would be cleared, but it's not required for merging. Looks like the review requirement is what's holding this one up.

@mkolodner you can review/approve this too. Removed a page layout button that the packaging org didn't like.
