Add Post Chatter Action to OCC Family Member Layout #69

Critical Changes

OCC Family Member page layout on Contact did not have Post action. Added.

@Nickers3 - Just made a minor change to the OCC Family Member contact page layout. This one's critical. Don't know how we missed it, but the Post action wasn't on the layout, so the Chatter feed would be read-only. Need to get this updated! I've only created this pull request and am leaving it for you because I'm not sure what are the steps to actually make sure it gets into the package.

@mkolodner before we do this push, can you do a once through of the package? Creating an org as we speak to test.

Yes--I'll keep looking. I'm quite confident there aren't any major changes. But little things definitely have slipped past. I'll try to do some in-depth checking right now.
