Puts sharing on folders

@Nickers3 - I managed (thanks for your idea!) to pull down the sharing for the dashboard folder. I couldn't get it to pull down for the report folder, but I just used my copy/paste skills, which I think should have worked. But I can't really test because right now I'm not able to spin up a dev org because the flow for that errors at the point of inserting data (record type error).

I think data load is the last step so if you got to that point, you are fine.

Did you pull this branch off of master? If so the admin profile should be assigning record types now.

Folder share was successful. Merging into master.
