[FEATURE] Indicator Panel

The idea is to create an LWC that lets you display multiple bundles, where each bundle is a row. The purpose would be to allow separation between bundles, but without having to put the multiple bundles on the page. Think of it like a Permission Set Group containing multiple Permission Sets (Bundles).

Thought will be needed in how to do the setup. Some options are:

Enter a text value in a Panel Name field on the Bundle. Enter the Panel Name on the LWC Settings when you add it to the page.
- Advantages: The Bundle can be still used on its own, or in a Panel at the same time (eg and conditionally hidden).
- Disadvantages: Typing the wrong thing in multiple places. No Panel Order ability.
Enter the Bundle Names in a comma separated list field in the LWC Settings when you add it to the page. The order the bundles are typed in is the order they appear in the Panel.
- Advantages: Easy to Build
- Disadvantages: Ugly, and difficult for Admins to set up.
Another 2CMDTs for Panels and Panel Bundles
- Disadvantages: Overkill

Thought will also be needed for how much spacing. I think these could be options

Card Spacing - The same as it is now if you add two Bundles to the page
No Spacing - the bundles appear to be all on the same card, but each card will still have the header.
Line - the Bundle cards are separated by a thin line the same as the line around the buttons and goes the full width of the card

Thought will be needed for horizontal or vertical stacking options. Will this be too much, and make things too ugly?

Thought will be needed for whether it is appropriate for each Bundle in a Panel to have a header icon, and description field also. I think we need some mockups of this. It may look bad with anything other than card spacing.

Thought will be needed on how the Key works - one Key for the Panel, or still have the Key on each Bundle - see below.

137 Having one Bundle and another bundle immediately below with no header and no description is a nice option for a Panel. I've done this with Contract Status and Type icons in the main Bundle on the Contract, then Product icons immediately below in another bundle. The Product icons are directly related to the Contract Key Details bundle so it doesn't need another heading and icon. However, this layout does not work with The Key in the slot position on the Card. So in a Panel the Key icon on the top bundle will be the Key Icon for all the icons in the Panel.
