Ability to align Instance Capacity by Non-Guest Registrations #522

The Orientation and Registration Team would like Capacity to be managed by Summit Event Registrations records that do not include any guests registrations. For example, if capacity is set for 50 registrations, it would only count registrations within Guest components and in this use case would not count parents (guests) in the calculation of closing the event.
