Capture the number of Hosted Registrations tied to the Registration record

When Hosted Registrations are being created, it would be great to have a

• count of the number of registrations tied to the host.
• include a checkbox/Boolean field to indicate if any hosted registrations are tied.

Communication to registration records may be different based on those criteria and while someone can find that information when looking at the related records in Salesforce, it is not automatic.

I may look at DLRS as solution, but curious of the level of effort to do it within Summit Events without an additional product/package and training for that solution.
