Add functionality to the Summit Events Question record to create a Static Text record. This functionality could be used in creating Headers for a section or additional explanation for collecting information or a footer for the page. Thad created a solution for an RFI form.

Without a Static Text/Content field, we would likely add instructions to the first Question label and hope users see it applied to the other questions near by.
