Commented out the gender question in the Additional Information logic. Gender is reflected on the page earlier, but referenced in the additional information header logic. Commented this our rather than deleted to retain the context within the code.

Issues Closed

To test:

Select an event and add "Allow Other Attendees" and/or "Include Time Frame List" on the Add'l Configuration tab.
See that the registration page shows "Additional Information" Header
Uncheck those fields from the event and change the "Gender" to "Ask" on the Standard Field tab
See the registration page - the Additional Information" header should be removed and the question will by the Name fields
