I have precisely the same issue in an org for my client. Would be happy if DLRS could be running without this user (who has left the company) Regards
@Swetha-Kumar-Star and @Magne-Eggen, are these actions running in Scheduled mode? Or are you using Scheduled Full Calculate? If so you'll likely need to reschedule those jobs as an active user.

This would be a great enhancement for the Optimizer, see if any of the scheduled actions are running as an Inactive User.
Describe the bug DLRS record did not working in my salesforce org after deactivated created user in Salesforce.
Could you please kindly let me know how to fix this issue for our Org, currently around 15 DLRS record created but all of them not working.
