Add "DLRS" to app name for clarity #1290

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Whenever I'm looking for the DLRS app, I search for DLRS in the App Launcher and can't find it (because the name is Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries), and then remember and type out the word. I just had a colleague who thought DLRS wasn't installed because she couldn't find it by searching quickly.

Describe the solution you'd like Change the label to Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries (DLRS)

Describe alternatives you've considered Relabeling a particular tab, anything else that'd allow DLRS info to show up using the search term DLRS
