QA/QE - Testing for Merging Cases #1400

We understand that merging of Cases and the recalculate of rollups has been a problem in the past.

Add rollups of Case to Account
Add Cases and Accounts data (Snowfakery task)
Add automation that merges some cases and check that rollups are still correct
