This pull request has everything we worked on the Feb 24 Sprint and more.

The key items are added to the Unpackaged/QA folder

There is a good amount of files with an API version change. I think this was due to creating the org in Metecho. And some other files that look to be for DLRS, but would like to be ignored.

Ideally this would be merged into master so we can get our test plans in place for the latest release.

@acrosman just added you as a reviewer to the low ratio and DLRS rollup pull request. Because we created the org via Metecho to start with, it added a bunch of changes before we could even ignore them. Not sure if there is a way to remove them from the pull request after the fact.

@mkolodner more of an FYI than anything, but we went crazy on snowfakery and test DLRS rollups at the Feb 2024 Sprint. The work is based on this spreadsheet we created: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1acareyNRNxlsS93-9H5OlSgIIvlNzg0sBQS8neMtZU0/edit
