Update sfdx to sf command example #1456

The existing documentation still lists the sfdx command, this update replaces it with the equivalent sf command.

I really appreciate your contribution but I'm gonna have to ask you to recreate it over there. The doc files in this repo are deprecated and not taking PRs. (They will get removed in the future)
