Accessibility : font size set to default 16px as mentioned in the accessibility bug WI: W-11149812 #3545

Accessibility bug : the default font is set to 13px as of now, as per the guidelines setting it to 16px. Adding screenshots for review

@jstvz I checked with accessibility team, we need 16 px as minimum for dektop site as well, you can find the reference here, cc- @ankurnigamsf @jkasturi-sf
