Swap housing eng role for CDSO role #111

Uses my hack to add a non-recruiterbox job opening. In this case, the housing eng position is currently closed, and the CDSO role is on smart recruiters

I actually had to comment out the recruiterbox widget because with the recruiterbox roles closed, the hack to add the CDSO from smart recruiters doens't work. I'm hoping that this will work ok image

Update again, without the recruiterbox widget we don't get the css. Pushed another commit to try to hack together something that looks OK w/o any recruiterbox positions image
