API Doc #117

This is not finished yet. I just want it out as a review for now. I want to go over the API with @untra.

Does someone want to look over this and merge it? I think it is ready.

@sungbae I'll look at it Super simple changes. Personally I think the API documentation should live in it's own wiki page, but we can deal with that later (it also would not be a pr)
