Adds a ~ to indicate you should be in the home dir #139

Issue #138

I followed the tutorial with just copy past and when I got to that part had to google it and thought it was misleading it.

(Great docs, btw! <3)

Either path seems to work for me (Catalina + XC11).

I guess home directory has the advantage of not needing sudo, but system folder has the advantage of installing for every user. On the balance of things I'd probably say home folder makes more sense, but don't feel particularly strongly
