Business Code has Charter Code mixed in #9

You are probably aware, but the business code has charter code mixed in with it.

Thanks for pointing that out. @cmbirk it looks as if something happened during parsing of the business codes and charter, can you look into it and let me know if there's anything on our end that needs fixing.
