[ ] double-check requirements
[ ] send over schedule (including what time to arrive and what to do once here -- )
[ ] speaker agreement: details of the event, arrival time, photo/video release form @tchoi8
[ ] ask speakers/facilitators/volunteers for feedback

@nabilhassein Let's discuss guides for facilitators and send them guideline this afternoon. (regarding Brian House's email)
