Very basic styleguide

This style guide should provide some simple rules for contributors if they want to create assets. It so far contains rules for

• [x] Buildings
• [x] Units
• [x] Sounds
• [x] Music
• [x] Interface

Ideally it should be accompanied by examples, templates and tutorials once it is finished.

Another thing we should document is what this repo is actually about, if we want to "recreate" similar-looking graphics to the original or something else :)

I would favour similar looking assets but we should also accept alternatives to the originals (maybe we want to correct some questionable design decisions). I kept the style guide very general, so that it is applicable for both complete redesigns and "shameless" copies ;-)
