Implement conversion of "delta graphics" related associations #121

we are missing "delta" graphics that Advanced Genie Editor 3 can see: delta

currently, by grepping, i can't get a link from graphic 3245 to graphic 5474

okay with that changes i get lots of XXXX-graphic_deltas.docx YAYYYYYYY

i never though't that i'd be happy with generating lots of docx
