Minor AtoM user interface enhancements #17

Identify and implement a set of relatively minor user interface enhancements. Current focus is to add a "recently added" widget to the AtoM Home page to display new content.

Revised description; higher priorities seemed technically more feasible (less complex), where lower priorities ("sticky treeview" and restructuring Related / Associated materials fields) likely to be complex changes.
