Support batch editing of a set of descriptions.

This has historically been really hard to fit in the regular data entry UI for repository platforms due to the number of potential edge cases to support; they'd almost be better served to add an interface where you can test and see the results of SQL queries before running them, and automatically increment migrations.

Better to tackle this via SQL db, replace with this issue with #30 (AtoM SQL interface) which is broader.
