Support upload of appendix materials to findings.

Examples:

An acceptable workaround exists (discussed and agreed in Sep 2019).

  1. Use AtoM to generate the pdf finding aid
  2. Export pdf
  3. Manually add appendix material to pdf
  4. Upload to AtoM as pdf finding aid
