Add a "recently added" widget to the AtoM Home page to display new descriptions (similar to "Popular this week"). Should only reflect additions / revisions at fonds or series level.

Artefactual have scoped out three options: (i) hard-code into custom SFU theme; (ii) create plug-in with configurable YAML file; (iii) make option configuration through Admin > Settings template. We are proceeding with (i).
