Description:

Configure the CI/CD pipeline to automatically run tests and linter on each push and pull request.

Subtasks:

[ ] Update Vercel configuration to include running tests and linting.
[x] Ensure tests and linting are run in the CI environment and results are reported.

Steps to Implement:

Create a GitHub Actions workflow file .github/workflows/ci.yml
Update package.json scripts
