Both in the CubeSat-Radio 5V regulator schematic Components: TPS62175DQCR, TPS71750DSER Footprint: SFUSat:WSON-10, SFUSat:WSON-6

WSON-6 is the 1.5x1.5mm version (DSE) Both look good
