Edit login page and standard header to replace 199 references with 9038 branding #4

Requires replacing favicon.png, logo-basic-2018.png, placeholder.png and logo-2018.png in the public/img directory

The background color of the login page can be found in css.css as .bg-login. It should change either to something neutral that does not clash with the happy cloud's grey-blue, or navy like the sweatshirts

Edited the header to accomplish this. Still need pngs for the fully happy cloud logo for the login page and the edited version without the 9038 for the favicon and placeholder project image

Found the cloud.psd file in a google drive

Current status: somehow it only works in a private tab, because it still looks like deep blue parts (aside from having the tab name SF Unity Parts) in a normal brave browser window.

However, all of the changes work perfectly in the private window, so that's a plus

The edits also work in Safari, but still not in a regular Brave tab. Clearing browser history and cookies/side data does not fix the issue

Current status: the image replacement edits and header changes from "branding-changes-try2" are working in both Brave private and normal windows, but the normal window still has the old Deep Blue background color. Perhaps that needs to be renamed as well.
