Update sections 4.1-4.4 with accurate structure #11

The RIFF structure outline of SFe32 listed in sections 4.1-4.4 must accurately reflect the RIFF structure given in the specification.

It was accurate to an older version of the specification that did not meet the compatibility requirements of SF2.04 (likely 4.00.3, but unclear).

Done for now, please check the "dev" branch and give feedback because I'm not 100% sure about how the RIFF64 structure works.
