Merge the pages, fix typos and formatting, add TOC #14

This PR does the following:

merges all pages of specification into one markdown file. This makes it easier to read and search through (for example i can just ctrl-F and find what I'm looking for instead of looking at different sections)
adds a TOC with links (generated by WebStorm)
fix many typos and incorrect grammar
Replace (R) and (tm) with actual symbols.

Note: language fixes done using Grazie Pro, so there may be errors.

Considering that I like the all-in-one idea, I'm merging this.
