Wheels spinning uncontrollably #5

When switching from strafing left to right, instead of simply inverting, the wheels decide to spin 180 degrees. Sometimes it starts to spin uncontrollably.

Narrowed down to getEncoderAngleRad. This line of code was added following the completion of #4. However, it had unintended effects of giving the wrong information. So, it is being reverted to how it was before #4 was completed in order to solve it.
