Editor area refreshes to the top #51

In JES 4.3, it appears that sometimes the editor area refreshes (after running 
some code at the prompt, for example) and automatically takes you to line 1, 
even if you were working much farther down in the file. This is a minor thing, 
but it is inconvenient to have to frequently scroll back to the place you were 
working.
