The ViewModels are currently mainly for the frontend. No data is passed and can be passed in the MainViewModel which can be in turn be used to perform calculations with. This issue should probably:

Introduce an integration object which contains input, output
Introduce separate objects (DTO) to hold the values for the generic simulation settings, the engine settings and the aircraft data
