OI Shopping List: Reset all settings #360

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play around with the various settings.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Some of the changes are not obvious at first, but over time OI Shopping List 
may appear to behave quite differently from what one was used to ("clean up 
list" menu item disappears, items disappear on shake, prices are ignored, ...).

There should be an easy way to deactivate all these gimmicks, through a setting 
at the very bottom of the advanced settings list "Reset all settings to default 
values".

Good idea. Is it really an advanced setting? Perhaps it belongs at the bottom 
of the main preference screen?

I personally would rather hide it somewhere, because it is not a setting one 
would use frequently. We can point users there if they have problems.

OK... fair enough. I wonder if, in addition to this reset, there should be 
another reset that sets each setting to the value a (former) HandyShopper user 
would expect.

with suitable summary text for each.

Should the second one be present, and if so, should its presence depend on 
whether "More Options" is checked?

Sounds like a good idea. I don't think we already need a "more options" toggle 
yet, as the number of options is comparable to the one found e.g. in the GMail 
application, and less than the number of options found in the web browser app 
(which by the way has a "Reset to default" option). "Reset to ..." could open a 
list of possible options, like "Basic shopping list", "HandyShopper", ...(any 
other useful pre-settings?).
