OI Convert CSV: Shopping list import mode "duplicate" does not work #488

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Run the following routine in ConvertCSVTest:
TestConvertCSVActivity.testShoppingList_Duplicate()

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The test fails, because duplicate mode doesn't work.

Either fix duplicate mode, or remove it from the list of possible settings 
(only for shopping lists - apparently it works for notes).
