What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open OI About for OI Shopping List.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Most of the layout is centered, but the tag line ("Keep track of your shopping
items with OI Shopping List") is left-aligned.
Simply centering this would not be a good solution, because the description may
be longer, in which case left alignment may work better.
So it should be centered if the text is short enough, and otherwise
left-aligned (one could add padding to the left and right?)
