UI - SmartGWT project - cts2Editor jars duplicated in the htp project #148

When we use the cts2Editor project in the HTP project, the HTP project also need the jars from the cts2Editor project. We shouldn't need to duplicate them.

We can't nest jars in classpath so this will need to continue to be duplicated.
