Default the "File Info" tab as selected when a new algorithm is selected. #152

Jyoti suggested that the File Info tab be the selected tab when an algorithm is selected.

Fixed 2/14/2013. When going to any algorithm, the initial tab is the file info. Even if there is a workflow, it defaults to the file info.
