Work with @zkuntz to get dimensions required of the testbed pcb to fit in the new electrical box. Resize PCB, re-arrange components.

Current testbed PCB is 3.1" by 4.1" (78.5mm x 104mm) lmao

Max size is 4.375" x 8" (111mm x 203mm), no taller than 1.5" (38mm)

Add 12 V 15 A buck converter on bottom of PCB to support new cameras
Change POE Switch to BATT voltage Reconfigure the Board for the new layout of connectors and wires in the Drawio
