A fix for this pull request.

• this should fix the loading/progress bar not rendering correctly since the problem was that the div that wraps the progress bar picked up the (background) color of the moving bar automatically from the ProgressBarVariants object/cva method for light mode; should work for any mode/theme properly now
• the logo changes only for light and dark since those are the only versions of the logo currently available (and themes)

Check the review please. Decouple the theme check to become usetheme hook.
