There's no quickstart set-up for new contributors, meaning that users will have to set up their own database, seed their own data, etc. I'd like to self-assign this issue as it should be pretty simple to implement.
The solution should at the minimum include the following:
A Makefile that will have a command to automatically spin up a new Docker container for you with MongoDB installed, as well as a command to delete and re-initialise it.
A Flask command to automatically seed a database See PR. This had to be compounded into the Makefile because of Flask refusing to work.
A Flask command to re-initialise your Docker container. This command should automatically fail if the Flask environment is not in testing. Compounded into the Makefile.
