Objective

The objective of this task is to define design schemes, including colour palettes, typography, and UI components, to be used throughout the frontend.

[ ] Colour Palette

Define a cohesive colour palette that reflects the brand identity and creates a visually pleasing interface. Consider factors such as accessibility and contrast ratios when selecting colours.
[ ] Typography

Choose appropriate fonts and font sizes for headings, body text, and other UI elements. Ensure readability and consistency across different screen sizes.
[ ] UI Components

Identify and design reusable UI components such as buttons, input fields, cards, navigation bars, etc. Ensure consistency in style and behaviour across all components.
[ ] Layout Guidelines

Establish guidelines for layout structure, spacing, and alignment to maintain consistency throughout the UI. Consider responsive design principles to ensure optimal display on various devices.
[ ] Iconography

Select a set of icons to be used across the platform for actions, navigation, and visual cues. Ensure that icons are clear, intuitive, and consistent with the overall design scheme.
[ ] Documentation

Document the design schemes and guidelines for UI components to facilitate consistent implementation by developers.

[ ] Branding

Ensure that the design schemes align with the brand identity and messaging of the peer-to-peer learning platform.

Design schemes for colour palette, typography, and UI components are defined and documented.
Reusable UI components are designed and provided in formats suitable for development.
Guidelines for layout, spacing, and iconography are established to ensure consistency across the platform.
